Personal care homes are homes or buildings providing personal services for two or more adults who aren't related to the people running the home. Residents receive care such as help with eating, bathing, dressing and having their medications supervised. Personal care homes are not nursing homes or home health care agencies and do not provide nursing or other medical services to residents. MORE Information coming SOON!
Huma-Faith is a Texas Nonprofit and 501 C 3 designated by the IRS as a Public Charity. The mission of Huma-Faith is broad in scope but for the purpose of this coalition, Huma-Faith finds its synergy in the following areas: Housing disadvantaged populations and providing support services to disadvantaged populations. Since 2010, Huma-Faith provides Community/Transitional Housing and Support/Therapeutic Services for people suffering homelessness in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. Home Health Care Agency services include skilled nursing, physical and occupational therapy, social work, and home health aide while under professional supervision. Home health care agencies focus more on the skilled medical aspects of care and the home health care aide serves only as a supplement to this care. MORE Information coming SOON!
